Jon Conroy founded Colonel Zips in 2022, not long after putting down roots in the Upper Peninsula. The idea was not complicated. Too many contractors up here take the deposit, do the easy ninety percent, and call it finished. Jon wanted to be the one who came back for the last ten.
So the company runs the way a good unit runs. Show up when you say you will. Do the parts nobody checks as carefully as the parts everybody sees. Treat the house, the storefront, and the customer like the standard is non-negotiable, because it is.
